$409/month (Monday - Friday | 5 days)

After Care Program will start August 5th (First Day of School)

We have limited spots available every school year. If our spots are full, we will email you directly of the news.

Upon registration form submission, further details will be emailed. We personally review each and every single registration, so please note that it may take up to 1-2 business days. Questions

Students stay right at school with no additional transportation needed! At dismissal time, the front office will announce over the intercoms for all Big Hit students to start transitioning to their meeting location.
Once students are checked in with our staff, we will start activities as scheduled.
Once officially registered, all parents must join our app (instructions on our Welcome email) where you will be told where student pickup location. Relax in your car and one of our staff members will bring your child to you.
For care, due to us following Gwinnett County Public Schools and those academic calendars, we do not provide makeup classes and/or credits for any missed classes for any reason, no exceptions.
Unfortunately, our program does not allow this in agreement with the school and its administration. This is for the safety of all students and staff on school campus. Thank you for your understanding.
We do often post on our Instagram page and in our app. Please check those for updates!

Please include your student’s full name, teacher’s name, grade level, and the anticipated last day of our program.
Parents must provide an advance written notice the month before to us before withdrawing student(s) from the program. During this notice period, tuition remains due and payable.
Yes, of course! Please consult your CPA for any tax advises.
