Our Price
Tuition: (Monthly)
5 Days (Monday - Friday) : $369 / month
3 Days (Select any 3 days) : $329 /month
2 Days (Select any 2 days) : $299 / month

Payment Policy
Monthly tuition is due at the first week for the upcoming month. This will be autocharged or invoiced.
Full tuition is required each month, regardless of attendance.
All payments must be made electronically. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
After 3 unsuccessful payments, your student will be withdrawn from our program. - Returned Payments will incur a $35 fee.
If you choose to leave our program between a full month, you will not get a prorated amount as a refund.
If you choose to leave our program and sign up again, you must pay a new registration fee per child.
Registration
Registration must be done before Friday 5pm to start the following week.
Once registered, we will send you an invoice to your email in the next 24-48 hrs.
If you register, in between a full month, it will be prorated on your invoice. We will prorate with the remaining school days left for the month.
Holiday & Weather Closures - GCPS
Big Hit Care follows GCPS school district calendar and will be closed on days when schools are not in session, including closures due to inclement weather.
Tuition will not be prorated for planned or unexpected closures.
General Policies
Students must be picked up by 6:15 PM. A late fee of $4 per child, per minute, will apply after that time.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Big Hit Care will not administer medication.

EXTRAS
As your child grows, their racquet may need to be adjusted to match their size and skill level. Rather than purchasing a new racquet each time, we offer a racquet exchange program. If your child needs a larger or smaller racquet, we will exchange their current racquet for the appropriate size, provided there are no major defects. This exchange option is available as long as your child remains enrolled in our program.
Racquets will be given at child's first day.

Questions

Your child’s teacher will dismiss them for their scheduled class.
We will carefully check them in and smoothly transition them to their respective class.
If your child is in Kindergarten, we will have a dedicated coach who will go directly to their hallway to ensure we safely and effectively have them.

TENNIS:
Rackets are NOT provided for the tennis sessions. Therefore, it is essential that your child brings their own racket in their backpack for practice. This is permitted on the bus. Alternatively, you may also choose to purchase a racket from us, which can be given to your child
In the case your child forgets their racket, we do have extras for the kids.
GOLF:
Clubs will be available at the club for everyone, accommodating both left-handed and right-handed players.
It is important to note that bringing your own personal golf clubs to school is not permitted; this policy is in place to maintain school safety procedures.

For all our classes, we do make it a priority to split children into their respective grade levels as well as their specific skill levels. This ensures that each child is placed in an environment that is most suitable for their learning and development.
Please make sure you select the correct skill level on your registration form, as this will help us plan accordingly and create a tailored experience for everyone involved!

Our classes operates with a ratio of 1 coach for every 6 to 14 students.
This structure ensures that each participant receives adequate attention and guidance during their lessons. Additionally, every grade is systematically divided into their own distinct groups, which are organized based on both skill level and age. This approach allows for a tailored experience that meets the unique needs of each student, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Unfortunately, we do not provide makeup classes or credits for missed classes for any reason.
We only make up classes or give credits in accordance with the Gwinnett County Inclement Weather Policy, which is designed to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during adverse weather conditions.
